Our Namib Kameeldoring Firewood originates from the Farm Gemsbokpan in Namibia. The wood comes from fallen trees, and no living trees are harvested, complying with South-African and Namibian legislation. Kameeldoring wood is a slow-burning high-temperature wood. It creates almost no smoke, has a natural fragrant scent, and makes a lot of hot, burning coals. Kameeldoring wood has the lowest moisture content of any known firewood, as it is baked by the African sun. The moisture content is between 0 and 1%. It is the most sought-after wood for braai and fireplace usage.
